When an emergency happens do you know whom to call?

When you become a member of MRT; you may call us 24 hours a day 7 days a week! We will take care of the emergency and make sure you are safe. We do an in-depth check on all vendors that we use and recommend. You can rest assured that if MRT sends vendors to your home, they are reputable and have been thoroughly screened. No more going through the phone book and hoping you find someone who does good work and is properly insured in all areas. We require a one million dollar liability policy for every vendor we use, and we make sure they carry full workman’s compensation on all of their employees.

This is to protect you and to eliminate contractors who are not honest. We keep copies of all of our vendor’s insurances on record at our office. Also, if you are not happy with the service you receive from our vendors, we will be your voice. You are encouraged to notify us if you feel that the job was not completed to high standards, and we will handle the problem for you. We will dispute it with the vendor and make sure that the issue is corrected in a prompt and professional manner.
